2 cups corn bread mix

Chopped onion

Chop jalapeño pepper

4 lightly beaten eggs

I used this kind of cheese

1/3 cup oil

In a large bowl combine cornbread mix and onion


Add cheese

Add cream style corn

Add 1-1/2 cups of sour cream

Add chopped green chilies and jalapeño

combine all just until moistened

Pour into a greased 13 x 9 baking dish

Bake at 350° for 55 minutes or until lightly browned

Set your timer!!!!

Test with toothpick, should come out clean. Let cool
